Excellent service. Not only did they deliver to my tenants property but fitted the fence panel in.Will definitely use them again and also the guy on the phone Neil was extremely helpful.

Went today to look at flooring. We were told it was upstairs and someone would come up. We waited 15 minutes. Eventually we went back downstairs and said we weren't going to bother. All the lady said was he's gone up. We just shrugged our shoulders and left. No apology or anything. Its not the first time we've had bad service from this company. We always try and support local businesses, but we won't be going g back there to soon. A smile and an apology goes a long way.

Only went for a Xmas tree but really good trees at reasonable prices good service as well

Excellent service throughout purchased 6 tons of limestone chippings driver was superb getting the order up our very narrow lane and dropped them in our yard also got some really good paint from them for our farm gates very pleased indeed

Made an appointment by phone to meet with Neil regarding plans for new cloakroom.He was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and patient.Forwarded a very reasonable estimate by email later the same day so hoping we can do business with Broadoak.

One star not low enough. Bought some fence posts online. Got e mail on 25/10 to say pick up. Went today 26/10 to pick up to be told that they were out of stock. Asked when they would be in the counter lady sated the new year. Asked who dealt with online orders to be told he was on holiday. Asked who sent me the email to say to pick up was “unavailable”.Agreed to get money back and told it would be several days as the internet sales were dealt by Karma. Stated that my contract was with Broadoak. Not holding my breath for refund today so I cannot get new poles today and have had to cancel the blokes who were erecting the fence. Quite understandably they are not happy.Two things I would like an answer to is.Why when you make mistakes it is not your problem leaving others to deal with the consequences of your actions/inactionsWhy have I not seen a reply from management to any comment on here.AVOID THIS COMPANY they have not got a clue.Addition to above.No call back from Broadoak as promised. Now there is a surprise.

Just had some bark delivered in bulk. Really good quality, no greens in at all. Good price too. The driver was the best part of the transaction, really helpful and went beyond his duties to put the bags where I wanted them. Thanks again

Great service at a very fair price. Let down by the corporates and this small business did the job much better.Delivered on the day specified and the delivery driver Jack was a cracking lad who got the stuff as close as he kindly could for me.Would definitely use again and recommend for sure.
