Our boiler had a catastrophic failure, Andrew dropped everything to replace and fit a replacement because he was worried about our young children being without heating and hot water. The price was v reasonable (for a boiler!) and he fitted without fuss and even mopped the kitchen floor - the bits he didn't walk on/work on. Lovely guy too. would highly recommend his company for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Prompt to come out last December when my boiler stopped working and agreed to fit new one in a new position in the house. Boiler fitted and is great however he was paid as part of the job to remove the old boiler and make good a year on and despite numerous promises that he will return to remove the flue and brick up the hole he is still to complete the job.

Apart from not turning up to a couple of jobs at family's rental property, they've done a couple of decent jobs for us at short notice. Then, booked for boiler service, arrived late, charged a top-whack price and the boiler stopped working 2 days later. Left screws hanging out the front and one missing.Spends quite a lot of time bad-mouthing other plumbers by name which is totally unprofessional.Wouldn't recommend.

Andrew helped us out when we had no heating or hot water. He is local to East Suffolk and cares about providing a good service.He is friendly and professional and went way beyond what is usual to help. His price for a new boiler installation was competitive and he totally exceeded British Gas and the other larger companies with his professionalism and dedication to the work.I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to any family in the Lowestoft area who needs their boiler fixing or replacing.

We were given Andrew's number by another engineer, after we had been let down by a different emergency plumber on the BH weekend, we had no hot water for 2 days and Andrew talked me through how to get hot water for that day, which worked. They came out the next day, as promised, and fixed it for us promptly and were super nice and explained everything in detail. Would 100% recommend

I rang Andrew Goldson last week as I was having problems with my boiler. He came round straight away to access the situation, and booked us in as soon as he could to replace our faulty boiler. Today, he arrived early to fit our new boiler. He was polite, professional and on completion assured us that he was just a phone call away if we need any help with anything. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided, and would 100% recommend him to others. Thank you!
