If I could award one star I would. Terrible service which I ended up having to involve The Furniture Ombudsman in. Shambles from start to finish and zero customer services skills in relation to complaints.Also well down Mr Brown for giving yourself a 5* review here - exactly what the consumer wants to see ........

A first class service. It was nearly a year ago when we used them and I have just got round to writing a review. The company was professional and helpful at every stage. The removal cost was reasonable and on the day we moved house everything was moved without any issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Moved us on the 10th December at reasonably short notice. Great crew, very efficient and tidy. Everything went as expected, will definitely recommend them. Don't delay, move home today!

They “packed” all our household possessions over 2 days and took some to be held in long term storage. We found delicate items unboxed and damaged. Light fittings damaged. No thought or care as to how items should be stored. Lots of loose items laid on the floor underneath heavy objects. Utterly appalling customer care. Needless to say we are moving to another storage company.On the day on moving all the men did was complain about the owner of the business. They ran out of space and we had to bring items that had been left. Very very shabby service. Disappointing as they had been recommended.

The 2 removal men on the day were extremely efficient and friendly in harsh weather conditions of heavy snow. They were very efficient and quick without compromising our belongings. Very easy place to store your belongings. You only have to let them know you are going the day before and they prepare the box for you.Professional and good prices.
