I had an excellent shopping experience at Ernest Jones. Both Shell and the other lady provided exceptionally helpful service.

Thank you ever so much to Shell! She was absolutely wonderful. She was so incredibly sweet and helpful, and provided us with such excellent service. She took her time with us and answered any questions we had regarding Ernest Jones watches. Shell was so friendly and had nice conversations with us. She was so hardworking and determined, and just gave such nice vibes all around. We’d also like to thank her manager who was also very kind, thank you to both of you for providing us with such a lovely experience, we would definitely come back next time!

All the staff at Bedford go above and beyond with customer service. I unfortunately lost a diamond from my engagement ring (Brought from Ernest Jones) on Valentine day 30 years to the date of our engagement. My ring had never been off my finger since. Was very upset about not being able to wear this extremely special ring while it was repaired. Shell and Jo was so understanding and helpful and Vikki gave me updates etc via email. I was so happy to be able to collect my ring on Friday and meet the lovely staff who looked after the whole process with such care and efficiency and can only give them the highest rating possible. Would fully recommend and thanks once again to you all. Love wearing my special ring now which looks like new. Good job

Great experience buying the engagement ring and then wedding rings. Vikki and the store manager were great. Very accommodating. Took time to discuss what’s what as I didn’t have a clue. Very happy with purchase

Fantastic experience buying a watch for a special birthday. Vikki was amazing, her customer service was something else at 5pm on what was I’d imagine a very busy day for her (Black Friday) she made us feel so welcome and she even involved my 7 year old daughter who was very excited seeing all the pretty jewels! I am a long term customer, and i have not been disappointed. I have always been served by Jo, but her team are just as good. The professionalism and the team work shines through all the time. Staff welcome customers, new and old (me) every time. This is a great store and there is nothing that will stop me from my continuation of my custom.I have had customise jewellery and weddings rings and matching necklaces.I highly recommend anyone to go to Ernest jones in bedford you will not be disappointed.See you soon ladies

Ordered online Sunday evening for a present for my wife, with a delivery option to the Bedford store, as not certain at being at home.Simpler process with a 7 day collection appointment availability.Received an email, and follow up call to book a time. Arrived, everything ready, no waiting, professional and courteous. Jo the manager checked my items and found that there had been a further sale reduction of £40.00 overnight and immediately passed this saving on.Can I say from end to end this was a great customer experience. I will certainly look at Ernest Jones first when buying Jewellery, and thank you to Jo at the Bedford branch.
