Visited for my cats annual vaccinations. The nurse we saw was lovely. She went above and beyond to calm my very nervous cat down and I noticed he was much less stressed than usual. She really took her time with him and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you :)

I took the cat I found with a broken leg here last week. First of all, if the treatment fee is reasonable, I said that I would pay and own it also I said that I couldn't pay it when there was a fee of about £3000, but then I wanted to know the result of the treatment. Afterwards, they constantly gave wrong information and misled us. The woman who said she was the manager today. She accused us that he was not obliged to give us any information and why we asked about the condition of the cat. She almost blamed us for bringing it. She was in a very rude manner. I would definitely not take my cat here.

We took our cat here for emergency treatment - he collapsed and was in danger. The vet handled treatments professionally and reliably. They were very much understanding and brought outstanding care to my cat - updating the situation and scheduling the surgery in the middle of the night as my baby was in need. Thank to them my cat is recovering and healing now!!!!

The support we received on Tuesday evening by the night team couldn’t have been more sympathetic and caring. To hear that your cat of ten years was really ill was a real shock, but both the vet and his assistant helped to make an extremely upsetting situation just that little bit easier. My daughter, who loved Georgie and spent many a happy hour with her, was looked after and my husband was also grateful for the care taken to allow our family time to hold and stroke our beloved pet for a final time. For that, we will always be grateful. The lovely card and daisy seeds were also a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Rachel Shaw

Been using the vets for years, they were brilliant when we lost our chinchilla during covid and they have always been amazing with our dog Buster, who hasn't always been an easy patient! Buster loves visiting and saying hello to everybody especially Ruth and Robert when he has his vaccines

Absolutely amazing and competent people who love pets. Always lovely, helpful and able to explain what's going on with your 4 legged family member. Much better than my previous vet

We've had very bad experiences with vet practices over the past 8 years, we have lost small animals due to misdiagnosis and guessing and more recently we lost our dog due to the same thing, so I searched on Google to see if I could find a more reliable vet and I think I have.Although I've not had any interaction with the practice, my son has, firstly he had to rebook an appointment because the bus broke down, he said the receptionist was very nice and understanding about it which is brilliant for people like me and my son who struggle with mental health conditions, then he managed to turn up later for his appointment, but they still let him in, in fact a lovely person who was waiting to take their own pet in let him go in front as their appointment was longer than my cats. When he saw the vet he said he was very thorough, I had also sent a note with my son as my son tends to forget things, the vet was nice enough to respond to each thing on my note, I believe he showed my son how to clip Chadwick's claws and clean his ears, he also gave him the worm treatment for us which is great as we are kind of new to cats, we haven't owned one in over 20 years, he also checked him to see if he had flu, which he does but he's already vaccinated for it, the vet said it was probably from travelling and that it should clear in a couple of weeks but if we weren't happy, to go back with him, he also advised me of Chadwick's ideal weight and explained why he wasn't passing stools at the moment.I was also a bit shocked at the price of the consult, treatment etc, we've been to some vets for our dog who we sadly lost in March and their prices were a bit high but the quality of care wasn't on par with what they were charging, at this point in time, I feel Priory is.I'm hoping that this practice will be our regular vet from now on.Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating and for putting my son at ease. I'm sure we'll be back soon as we're considering adopting a kitten in a few months time which we'll have neutered/spayed there and obviously vaccinated etc.

Lovely team. I usually take my dog somewhere else but Priory were kind enough to book my dog in for a rabies vaccination, as we are going travelling soon. The reception staff and both vets that we saw were fantastic and very knowledgeable and could advise me about travel requirements, pet passports and health certificates. Unfortunately, my dog felt unwell after her vaccination - upon calling the surgery, I was advised to bring her back in and she was seen immediately. They kept her for observations for a few hours free of charge, so I didn't have to worry while I went to work, and when I picked her up, she was happy and back to normal. Thank you very much for being so kind and accommodating and making this slightly scary situation less worrysome for me.

Wonderful friendly staff. I appreciate the separate waiting area for cats and dogs. They kept me updated at every point while my cat had to stay in overnight and explained my options thoroughly. They helped me to fill out my insurance forms and sorted it all out for me very quickly. I really recommend this vet practice.
