Sheerness sits at a geographical location where the waters of the Medway Thames and English Channel converge and this Tesco's is nicely situated on a north Isle of Sheppey beachfront. A large store offering most of the typical family's household requirements including a chemist, phone shop, cafe, also with toilet facilities. Ample parking, garage and car wash also on site. Play area adjacent to nearby Beach Street, handy to amuse the kiddies especially during summer shopping trips!

Really need more self checkouts and a lot less staff standing around doing nothing, hiding in corners just chatting.Has a decent toilet which is appreciated and decent vegan stock for this tiny island

If you prefer a plant based diet go elsewhere. The offering is pitiful. Why is there such a difference between stores? The management should visit the stores in Epping and Waltham Abbey where there is a massive selection of good quality meat free alternatives.

I shop here almost daily with my little boy.the staff we know well now.The cafe staff were always really friendly and always up for a little chat which was nice but I feel they have been scolded recently for this as the staff morale has changed such a shame and totally unnecessary. It is part of the experience and I know some of the elderly generation love a little chit chat at times. (Not the staff fault probably down to management telling them) I get this feeling......This type of business needs the staff to be happy and friendly it changes the experience for everyone and staff are much happier also! The shopping experience in itself is good. The store is big I just notice not also of organic produce is there it's based on demand i guess. It has a sushi bar also available. I do shop from it somtimes when I fancy it. Things that are not sold on the day are then reduced in the reduced section for those wanting a bargain in the evening timeThe tesco staff themselves are lovely one person is Michelle she has always been so lovely and my son gets on well with her she recognises my struggle at times and will try to distract which is so helpful. Not only that she has a lovely way with him and she is a lovely person also.she is very appreciated and works very hard in her job there and carries herself very well.Overall we have a good experience when we always visit there...Toilets are available in the store.

Very disgusting&disappointed,If you want to check my bag then ask me in a polite way, don’t just creepy on me and try to take a picture inside of my bag this is wrong.I hope you won’t do this to other customers and that’s very stupid to check if someone has been stolen something from your store.Better you open your mouth and ask customer for the bag to be check.

Nice sized Tesco's. Has most things you need and open till late. Plenty of free parking and disabled bays near the front and down the side. There is a pharmacy at the back of the store aswel as a nice sized clothing sections, for women, men and children. Has toilets and a small cafe.

I bought some Birds Eye 100% cod fillet fish fingers, when opened they were absolutely encrusted with ice.It appeared to me, the cold chain had not been maintained, leading to, in my opinion, an Environmental Health issue.Unlike Sainsbury, it appears you cannot effectively complain on line, so at your cost, you have to return to the store.I have had similar issues before, so next time I will refer to the Local Authority. Now, 2 x 4 pints of milk, well in date but totally out of condition, appears serious issues at this store.Update: re-visited today: Fish freezer appears totally iced up, as though there had been a temperature issue, bought most of my fish elsewhere.Bought some fresh raspberries, but they appeared to be, all but tasteless!
