My mum has been in Merafield for nearly a year and we have nothing but praise for the staff and management team there.The staff are always friendly and caring and try to make the best of every day for their residents.

BIG ANT HEALTHCARE has worked with Merafield for a while now and we have always found them to be a pleasure to deal with. Lisa is always so helpful, it is a well presented home and our HCA's love their time working there.

My mum was there for a few weeks before she passed away. Everyone was wonderful even the cook and cleaners but special thanks to Michelle for everything you did.

My mum was in this home for a short time. During her stay myself and several family members raised concerns about her nursing care including an official complaint which has never been acknowledged or addressed. I feel this resulted in her re-admittance to hospital with dehydration and severe infections!

*STOLEN JEWELLERY* my grandmother passed away here in October. They boxed up her room in under 24 hours, not allowing us to pack her things. Her eternity ring was missing, the manager Sally tried to give us a different ring entirely. She would not accept any responsibility for the ring having gone missing, and stopped contacting us. The police have since been informed and we have logged the incident as theft. This is a poorly led service, your loved ones most precious items are not safe and thieves are allowed to operate unchallenged.

Uncle sadly died here, Jewellery stolen by staff. Reported as a theft crime to the Police. Stealing from people that are passing on how low can you go...
