BD Autobody

Excellent service by Jon of BD Autobody. My car was waterlogged on the inside due to water getting in. The manufacturer was not willing to help. I went to Jon who stripped everything out of my car on the inside, removing the seats, carpets, seals and bumper. He located the problem, fixed it, sanitised my car completely, dried the carpets, cleaned the carpets and again sanitised them, putting everything back. He kept me fully advised throughout and provided numerous photographs. Brilliant company. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Jon has just completed repairs to our Mitsubishi Outlander. The damage was to the front and rear doors and rear arch. Basically all one side of the car. He has done a fantastic job and is a lovely guy to deal with. Flexible with dropping off and collecting the car which certainly helps. I will definitely be using Jon again.

Jon did a really excellent body restoration on my Fiat Coupe. He had to cut out and weld in various steel repair panels. All were done to a very exacting standard, with great atention to detail, rust proofing and minimal filler use. The result looks and feels absolutely as it left the factory originally. Dents were removed, and panels sprayed to a mirror like shine. The areas he didn't need to spray were polished to the same level of gloss and perfect colour match achieved. Jon not only offers a fantastic service but is a really nice chap too.

Spent much of lockdown restoring a Mini trackday shell. Jon did an outstanding job in preparing the car for paint, repairing dented panels and blending in newly welded panels before applying a fantastic paint finish both inside and outside of the car.I really appreciated Jon's efforts in explaining the options available and what the work would entail. Once the work commenced I got regular updates including the ability to see and discuss the work in progress at the workshop.A significant bonus was that the work was completed to budget and within a timely manner.I'm in the process of restoring another car and will not hesitate to use the services of Jon at BD Autobodies in the future.

This body shop is a real find. My car was badly keyed and John really did an excellent job polishing it out. He even dropped me back home while I left the car with him. Genuine, professional and value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Extremely good service. Jon is a friendly professional who takes time to ensure finished product is as expected. Doesn't blind the less technical of us with science but ensures understanding of process. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again if required.

Absolutely amazing job done on my Audi A5 Convertible after someone creased my bonnet reversing into it!The bonnet had to be realigned the crease removed, the grill fixed and a respray.It’s like brand new. Hes a lovely chap, fantastic service and even fitted around me having to sort transport whilst I had no vehicle!Highly recommend.Thank you John
