I can't review the workmanship yet as I haven't had my bag back, but so far my experience has been really good. The clasp on my Kelly bag was broken and the piece missing. The company sourced two clasps and sent photos so I could choose which I liked best. Responses to questions were prompt and polite and Allarna's customer service was excellent.I have been promised a prompt turnaround so I shall update my review when I receive my bag. So far so good.....

I am extremely impressed with the service from the Handbag Clinic. Allarna, in particular, has been exceptional in providing all the necessary information and advice regarding my Michael Kors handbag which is massively reassuring, particularly when an item is very expensive. My handbag is yet to come back, however, once it does I will be sure to update my review as I have no doubt it will come back in immaculate condition. I would 100% recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The Handbag Clinic offer an excellent service and a high standard of workmanship. The friendly and helpful staff keep you informed of the process of the repair by phone and email. I am very happy with the result, my bag looks as good as new! My dealings with this Company so far have been outstanding in their service. Allarna, in particular, has been extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional in dealing with my request, and subsequent booking for the restoration of my Hermes handbag. The restoration has not been completed yet, but I have no concerns that this will not be carried out in accordance with the detailed written information/quotation I have been given, and once I have received my bag back, I will update this review. As mentioned, so far, I have received excellent service, and would have no hesitation in recommending the Company.

Thank you for the recent repair to my leather jacket. Initial contact with Allarna was impressive and the repair procedure was fully explained. Katie who carried out the repair performed miracles in view of the extent of the damage to the jacket. Even I am struggling to see the repair and I know exactly where to look.Overall good service and sensibly priced.

I was delighted with the transformation of a much loved battered bag. It came back ready for another long spell of use. From first to last the service was fantastic. The phone contact also was great- friendly and helpful.I would have no hesitation in sending repair work to the Handbag Clinic again.

Cannot recommend the handbag clinic enough. The price is fair, the service was great - communication was excellent - and my bag looks a heck of a lot better after popping a few stitches. Will definitely be using them for the rest of my bags as and when i continue to beat them up. The bag was returned in a company branded dustbag which was the cutest touch. Thanks so much guys!

Although my handbag is still in the workshop I have been extremely impressed with all contact I have so far had with the company. I asked for a quote on line and everything was swiftly provided in order to send my bag to them at no cost. A follow up phone call ensued and when I received a quote (very promptly) the website was easy to navigate in order to make the required payment. I hope their repair work is of an equally high standard.

I got my bag totally restored about a month ago. Outstanding service from start to finish. I sent my very old and very worn Chanel bag over from Ireland. The workmanship is exceptional… no exaggeration I was in disbelief when I received it. It’s like a new handbag! I was also seriously impressed with Alexandra, it was so refreshing to be in contact with a person like her. She went above & beyond the call of duty to help me out. I will be using The Handbag Clinic in the future and I will be contacting Alexandra when I do…. 5 star service without a doubt

My Mulberry handbag had become rather faded & patchy so I sent it to the Handbag Clinic for restoration. I've just received it back & it's completely brought it back to life, the colour is as good as new. Great communication from all the staff I dealt with from start to finish. I will definitely be using the Handbag Clinic for repairs & protecting my other bags. Thank you - especially to Allarna & Katie!
