The staff are excellent. The fitting service is the best around and the staff are so helpful offering different styles that they know will suit your shape and build. The prices are very reasonable and a decent bra always makes you feel great and it also makes you look slimmer! Winner!

A young attendant stated to help me and I though that she was shy or maybe not so interest in helping me. She was the opposite for my surprise she allowed me time to identify what I was looking, what happened next was unbelievable and to sumarize I must say that was the best shopping for pyjamas I could ever had. Fabulous care and excellent service. Young and blond and I am sorry to have forgotten her name. Thank you very much

The assistant came over to me to ask did I need help, told her size I was looking for. She checked, they were in the stock room. Got them.for me, I asked for a gift receipt and she also gave me gift box and tissue paper. Service was excellent, I will definitely shop here again.

MARISSA!!! She was so helpful and friendly! I was a bit nervous as I hate bra fittings and feel insecure! I explained this and she put me at ease right away! She spent a long time with me asking if I needed to know anything more and didn’t rush me. Her customer service skills were fab she was very knowledgeable and personal in her approach. My mum also is on a walking stick and she made sure mum was comfortable sitting and waiting for me. Honestly such a lovely girl and a credit to the shop! I will be back 100% xx

My size has changed quite a bit and I was unsure where to start. Thanks to the excellent help and advice I was able to get pretty underwear in larger sizes and it didn't cost the earth. Sales staff were very kind and nothing seemed to be too much trouble

Ella - 345183 absolutely amazing!!! Never in my life been measured for bra size as always felt quite embarrassed.. but she was the most patient professional staff member ever! I walked out with 3 sets that fit me PERFECTLY xIf u dont know what size you are i defo recommend boux avenue 100%. Even a little card so i dont forget my size! X

Absolutely appalling service here yesterday! Came into the store and was ignored, showed clear buying signals. Looking through the draws; which were a mess to try and find my size. Staff were just stood chatting and were completely oblivious to customers in the store. We then left the store and continued to look in the window. We came back into the store to try and find the one on display and was ignored once again, staff couldn't care less that we needed help. Really ruined my experience as I actually wanted to purchase. Staff seemed more interested in their own personal conversation than serving me.
