Absolutely amazing service quick and friendly, explained carefully. Took dog we rehomed to have an overgrown claw removed out pad, they gave him antibiotics, anti-inflammatory injection and cut nails and it was amazingly cheap.Only thing I didnt like was you cant go inside with pet

Recently moved to the area. They wasted no time in contacting our previous vets, obtaining the records and registering our girl. I requested a check up appointment and was accomodated the following morning. On the day of visit I felt that I was listened to, asvised well and, more importantly, our little girl was treated so incredibly well by the vetenarian and staff, which was most reassuring to me.

Very friendly staff who treat my pets as their own. They always know what my pet is coming in for so there's no need to keep repeating myself and telling them twice. I feel like they listen to me. And I feel like my pets are part of their big family.A small practise with big hearts.

If I could leave 0 stars I would ! False information given back from our horses blood results nearly cost him his life! It was only a second opinion on the blood result by another veterinary group that prompted us to get him referred. Horse ended up in ICU and wasn’t sure he was going to make the night !Portlands advice from his results was to get a worm count and check his teeth! Because his bloods look fine. How wrong were they !

I purchased a can of 'Indorex' Defence Spray £27 from the vets.Just looked on line same can 500ml £15. Dont be ripped off like me.

I have used Portland House for 30+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and helpful and everything is explained to you fully. Nothing is ever a problem for them no matter how big or small it is
