Beef was kept with vegetables which is not suitable for Vegetarians. Secondly the board displaying it's Beef was too small and not appropriately placed. Range / choice of food was very very less. Needs lots of improvement and personal touch.

Okay food. Nice decor and comfy chairs. Bit of a slow moving queue to get in but other than that okay.

Nicely decorated and very clean. Not a huge choice of food but plenty. Didn't eat the cooked breakfast, but the croissants yoghurt fruit etc were fresh and always replaced.Staff friendly and always keeping the place clean and tidy.

Okei food and nice atmosphere. However, I've been a whisky lover for years. Please stop add water into a 12 years old bottle. It's not cool.

Ao chegarmos ao Terminal 3 do Aeroporto Heatrow de Londres não tivemos dificuldade em encontrar a entrada da sala VIP mas ela fica num cantinho meio escondido e não havia informações muito claras após passarmos pelaPara ter acesso, foi necessário realizar um cadastro no aplicativo Visa Airport Company e, com nossos dois cartões, obtivemos duas cortesias gratuitas. Infelizmente, ao chegarmos, o buffet livre ofetecia pasta e carne e outras comidinhas e tivemos acesso a diversos lanches, bolos, doces, pães e frios, o que foi bastante satisfatório.Optamos por tomar um chá pois estava frio mas tinha vinho destilados e suco de laranja e degustar os alimentos disponíveis, que eram de boa qualidade. Durante nossa estadia, também exploramos outras áreas do Visa Infinite Lounge, incluindo a estrutura para banho e banheiro limpos e bem cuidados.Conversamos e aproveitamos as áreas reservadas e coletivas que o Lounge oferece, o que contribuiu para tornar nossa experiência positiva .

We were here in the am before our flight.We enjoyed the assortment of the breakfast buffet with selection of coffee, tea, juices, and infused cucumber or lemon waters.They have quite a lot of different areas in the lounge. As you walk in I didn't expect to see so many of rooms to go in.From the cinema room, working stations, quiet business rooms, napping areas, tranquil nature areas, to a full bar with plenty to choose from.

Good experience, lovely lady Lucyna was super attentive and made sure our table is always tidy. Cocktails were great, but there could be more vegetarian options for food. The lady at the reception (I believe Magda), was a star and accommodated us without a booking.

The space is nice, clean, and people are thoughtfully seated by the staff. The food menu is simple, limited, but doesn't have much appeal -- but the coffee was good.But it's a lovely place to wait for your flight -- just as long as you don't expect the razzle dazzle of a Delta Sky Club.

As lounges go it was ok. The drinks are on tap. Plenty of power sockets to connect to. Found a seat pretty fast. A little off putting seeing people sprawled out on couches with their socks or bare feet. The buffet was standard nothing special, honestly better off going to the concourse to eat. You are essentially paying for a slightly quieter area where you can get a seat and a power outlet.
