There is generally a good vibe in the shop staff are mostly cheery and always happy to help if there is an issue. Would recommend to new user or friend.

Only just going to Tanz on a regular basis to get a tan before my holiday the staff are really friendly and give good advice on the machines and i even got a demonstration on how the vibration worked thanks girls

Paid £20 last year haven’t been in till now only to discover it runs out after 3mths no email to tell you this no one on the cash desk explains this absolutely shocking service. They might also want to teach their staff customer service rude little girl on the cash desk not good

Greet customer service by tanz member of staff Megan. Was unable to work the sunbed and was shown without hesitation. Great salon would highly recommend to anyone.
