My grandfather John was cared for here a few years ago after looking at lots and lots of other care homes for dementia. The care was outstanding and it really shows the difference between care homes.

It’s a lovely company to work for, they always look after you and it’s like working with a big family. One of the best companies I have worked for and if your looking for a job where you will be looked after this is definitely the place for you.The residents are always put first and we always try to do our best for the residents.Vida as it’s own training and everyone is trained before they start and it doesn’t stop there if you think you need more help just ask the training team they are always happy to help. Likewise speak to your colleagues and managers they will all help as much as they can and if they can’t help they can always point you in the right direction.This is the kind of job where everyday is different it’s not always easy don’t get me wrong you can have hard/difficult days but you can also have lots of laughs together just like a family would.
