Can't give any less than 1 star.Didn't bother replying to my email. Owner contacted me & criticised my my reviews & also pointed out a former employer of mine only had one star reviews. No idea what that's got to do with me, still not had a qoute yet for the repair I was asking about.

Fixed my issue within a day for relatively cheap

Professional and informed service.Unlike the muppets in the large chains,who are clearly on commission with little regard for the customers' needs.

Would recommend, had an issue with my laptop charger port and used Dtec for the repair, they are fast efficient friendly and kept me upto date on the process. I noticed on another review that someone felt they were overcharged for the service which to some degree I can understand I have had this same issue repaired once before else where and it was £25 cheaper. That said the repair previously done only lasted 12 months before I’m having to get it fixed again and I noticed on the website they do a price comparison guarantee so had the £25 been a major concern I could’ve got a quote from the other place and dtec would’ve lowered the price so I can’t exactly knock them at all ultimately you get what you pay for and provided this repair holds longer than 12 months they’ve done excellent work in quick time.

Laptop developed a problem of switching back on once it had been shut down.Took it down to DTec in Carlisle about 3pm - Geoff said they'll take a look and get back to me. About an hour later, Geoff 'phoned to let me know the problem was sorted.Fantastic service from Geoff at DTec - so pleased I bought the computer from them as this is wonderful aftersales care.

Wanted £75 for installing a ssd basically double the price if you wanted windows

Good service, repaired my laptop quickly and for a sensible price even though it needed parts.

Service with a smile and value for money.Dropped PC in 09:30 and recieved a call at 12:30 to confirm job done and ready for collection. Plenty of parking at rear of building.
