Wow, honestly had the best service I’ve ever been given in any shop by Elliot. I have never done an Google review but I really felt I wanted to as Elliot showed such patience and kindness, they went out of their way to talk me through different products which were bespoke for my hair as well as answered all the questions I had. Elliot thank you so much, you are seriously going to have saved my hair with your kindness and knowledge xx

I visited your store at around 7:15pm on 21/02/23, & Thank you so much Elliot! I’ve left your store with the biggest smile on my face after our chat!! I’ve had a very long and hard week, and your service + the so so thoughtful pay it forward card and present was the perfect ‘pick me up’ that I needed :) I will definitely be passing that card forward to someone I love because I know how amazing it made me feel, so thank you for listening Elliot you are a star x & there was also another colleague with dark curly hair and I think glasses, who helped me pick the little gingerbread man and lucky cat and wax melt, both of you have made my evening so special! Amazing experience. Didn’t catch a name but a person with pink hair helped us. He was so so friendly and asked us if we needed help with anything. They were very informative and helpful (as were all staff). I got some lovely hair conditioner spray and it worked so well!! Thankyou :)

Very nice staff super helpful, Minx and another staff member super kind and helpful, I won treat £15 free things to by in store really recommend coming nice to see and try, buy new products that are great for the body.

I had the most wonderful experience! We’ve had difficulty within the family and have been traveling to Bristol daily to support our loved one, but when I went out to grab lunch I stumbled passed lush and went it to get my weekly hit of not only caring but helpful people but the stunning products!! I was left absolutely amazed but the customer care given to me by beki!! She wowed me with her amazing knowledge and helped me grab gifts for my amazing support system during this time!! I cannot thank lush Bristol enough for there kindness and helpfulness during this time❤️❤️

Fantastic store. Very large. Staff nice, not too overbearing. Started my Xmas shopping early ( very unlike me ). Bought the obligatory Snow Fairy, expensive at £24, but it's for my daughter. Also bought the set with the musical Xmas globe on top @ £56.

We visited Lush to buy a nice bath bomb for a Friend. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.It’s worth mentioning that their knowledge on the products they sell was extremely high.Definitely worth visiting… so many amazing smells and high quality products.
