A few weeks ago I could barely put one foot in front of the other without suffering stabbing pains in my back, which had been getting steadily worse for 3 months. Daily living tasks had become reduced to the point that I wasn’t coping, and I had to stop driving. I didn’t expect any miracles due to the length of time suffering with the injury, but I actually walked normally out of NJD Clinic back to the car after the first treatment. I experienced aching and stiffness for about 4-5 days, I have now had 4 appointments and the recovery time has reduced to a matter of 2-3 days. Nicola has given me advice and support with exercises to strengthen the muscles that have been injured. I am so grateful for her efficient treatment which has given me confidence that I will make a full recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NJD Sports Injury Centre.

Had a bike fitting with Nick Dinsdale today. I've had a bike fitting before on a different bike so am aware of the benefits but just wanted to say that this was a fantastic experience and I could easily tell the difference after a test ride. Nick clearly knows his craft and made just about every possible adjustment to get me into the precise riding position (including wobbling around my inflexible 15 stone frame!) so i am very much looking forward to my first big ride out on my machine. All the guys though at NJD were very welcoming and have a great set-up there for all manner of sports therapy and personal training so I have no doubt that Nick's level of service will be supported across the wider team

Nicola is an incredibly knowledgeable and competent practitioner. Her assessment of my issues and tailored treatment has helped my shoulder and back problems immensely. Overall a friendly, professional and most importantly effective treatment!
