Since moving to the area we have always used colourbank when buying beds and mattresses. They are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very competitive and often cheaper than the big bed stores.

Very friendly and tend to be cheaper than other carpet shops, if only by pennies, but it can make a difference on total meterages. However, the did fail to phone once they had received our order to arrange fitting! Has own small car park as surrounding roads ae very congested.

Fantastic service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative when asking questions. We had both the downstairs toilet and hall vinyl laid and the fitters did a fantastic job. We're so happy with the outcome. We will definitely be returning customers.

5 stars for colourbank especially Dave upstairs. Had a slight issue with my product and it resolved with consummate professionalism. Would and will use again. I disagree with all the negative comments. None of them reflect my experience. Thanks to the team and wish you more success.

This company is extremely suspicious they use few names and act with no respect towards consumer AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY USE VARIOUS NAMES INCLUDING MY NEXTMATTRESS which is not on Google reviews and for a reason....Avoid at all costs you have no consumer rights here and customer service is shocking this company has hidden itself OTHER NAME MYNEXTMATTRESS from Google reviews and Google maps!! very suspicious. I bought two beds one was nearly 2000 pounds after continuous problems I cancelled and returned I was threatened that if the courier they used mark it when they collect I would pay for it. I decided to rent a van and drive it to their warehouse I was still charged a courier fee I didn't use. The second bed has developed faulty castors that damage the would flooring by scratching it I contacted mynextmattress they said I could get replacement if I emailed them.. after not hearing anything for a month I chased them up they acted really stupid and accused me of causing the castors to develop the fault ridiculous and on top of that I have to pay for new ones even though I'm still in guarantee period AVOID

Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable, great prices have had all our flooring from colourbank. So much choice too
