MTS Electrical Truro electrician

Following a recommendation from a gas engineer, I requested an earthing check and was quoted for the installation of a new earth stake. However, on a subsequent visit it was found to be unnecessary, and I was simply charged the minimum call out charge. It was reassuring to have confirmation that the house’s wiring was correctly earthed. Both electricians were courteous and displayed professional competence. Although MTS Electrical is not based in Truro, there was no travel charge.

I didn't think I could write a review on something as small as changing a light fitting, but, then I noticed Marc had very kindly, and cleverly changed the polarity on my electric kitchen clock, so that it runs forwards instead of backwards. Nice touch Marc, thank you. I would choose this company again because of their honest opinion, good communications, punctuality and customer care.

What a team Vicky and Marc are. Marc was extremely proficient in the work I needed doing, and attended very promptly. He arrived when he said he would, took the time he said he would and cleaned up after himself. The communication between Vicky, Marc and I was very comprehensive, so everything was clearly laid out ahead of Marc undertaking the work. Very impressed with their efficiency and would have NO hesitation in recommending them to others who needed electrical work doing.
