The Bagel Project
Ah, The Bagel Project, a delightful oasis of doughy goodness nestled in the heart of Nottingham. This newish bagel establishment has quickly won over my heart (and stomach), and for good reason! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted by staff that radiate coolness. They're like the bagel-obsessed superheroes of customer service, effortlessly balancing efficiency with a friendly demeanour. You can't help but feel like you've stumbled upon an exclusive club of bagel aficionados, and they're more than happy to welcome you into their carb-loving community. Now, let's talk about the main attraction - the bagels themselves. Oh, these little round wonders are nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Each bite is a harmonious symphony of flavours and textures, with the perfect balance of chewiness and crust. Whether you prefer a classic cream cheese or a daring fusion of flavours, The Bagel Project has you covered. They've truly mastered the art of bagel craftsmanship and have created a menu that will make your taste buds dance with joy.So, if you find yourself craving a bagel masterpiece that will transport you to carb heaven, look no further than The Bagel Project in Nottingham. It's more than just a bagel shop; it's a haven of coolness, flavour, and pure bagel bliss. Trust me, once you take that first bite, you'll be hooked and joining the ranks of the bagel-obsessed.

Get your bagel fix !Brand new - Nottingham needed this business ! Perfect lunch spot or snack age. Friendly staff chilled vibes great location in the middle of Hockley.I chose the pastrami Reuben - pastrami, Swiss cheese, American sweet deli mustard, sauerkraut, gherkins and red onion.Food should make you happy this bagel did this. I’ll be back, welcome to the Nottingham food scene

Popped in today, having read good things, and wasn't disappointed. I had a Reuben and my wife had Beetroot and avocado. Both were delicious! The Reuben in particular was a true taste of NYC l, delicious pastrami topped with sauerkraut and mustard. Highly recommended and I will definitely be popping in again soon.

Picked up some filled bagels from here to take away for lunch and overall, quite enjoyed them. The pork gochujang and kimchi bagel in particular was a highlight. Interestingly I think the fillings outshine the bagels themselves which were perhaps a bit stale. Really friendly service though and the place has a nice vibe inside.

Here you’ll find very, very good bagels. It’s not often I’ll raise my eyebrows when eating out but the flavour of my salmon/truffle cream cheese bagel was genuinely, surprisingly good! Not that I was expecting it to be bad, mind you! They take pride in their coffee too, which was also really nice. Not all outfits of this size and style achieve good coffee as well but these guys do.I’ll definitely be regular when in the town centre!

A very chilled space for a Sunday mid morning coffee and bagel. The flat white was top drawer and the pastrami with swiss and cream cheese was excellent.I will be back.

The Bagel Project
Decided to try the Bagel Project as I noticed it was always fairly busy when walking past. The store is very clean with a modern interior design, and the staff were very welcoming and polite. We ordered the bbq pulled pork and buffalo chicken bagels which were very tasty and filling. The inside seating area is small however this wasn’t an issue as there is also outdoor seating available. The handling and storage of the cooked meats and fish is good however sometimes the changing of gloves between produce is needed in my opinion. Prices were very reasonable and there is a range of hot and cold drinks available. Overall very lovely and will be visiting again.

Part of my Nottingham Cafe review series! The Bagel Project is a lovely hockley hideout with a really nice, honeyed blend for their coffee.I got the flat white this time (£3.25) and it's at a great drinking temperature! Smooth vibes and a great open window to people-watch. Would recommend it if you're in the hockley area!

Seriously good bagels!! Three of us ate at The Bagel Project today....Reuben was excellent, Fig and goat cheese, highly recommended, and the salt beef out of this world. Prices are very good and the team are relaxed and friendly. If you're in town and need a really tasty lunch I would recommend Bagel Project without hesitation.
