Rubbish Surgery hardly have any appointments, the worst surgery anyone could go to such a disgrace, doctors are so clueless surprised how they even are doctors. Had to give 1 star as there isn’t an option for zero stars

This has to be the worst GP surgery in the whole of the UK.I was on call for over 50 minutes (Number 5), just to be told that they haven't got any appointments left.Staff are very rude and do NOTwant to help you.

The male members of staff, Saad & Zubair were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Their professional character and attitude was outstanding. I had many enquiries and questions, but they managed to answer everything and assist me with what I required.

No one here will care about you. Doctors are rude, and refuse to do anything or invest any effort in helping you. They will prescribe you new and new tablets, without even checking you up.Please avoid this place!

I initially gave this practice a 1 star however the service has improved a lot. The two lads at the reception are great and Dr Ali is fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Definitely has to be the worst surgery ever. Not sure why Google don’t have an option for 0 stars, because only then would this be an honest review.Expects you to call on the day for an appointment, stay on hold for 45 mins for them to tell you no appointments are left.One of the doctors at the practice is completely useless too. Claims there’s nothing wrong with you without even seeing you, and just doesn’t listen to anything you have to say.The practice manager really needs to look into how this surgery operates and into that one doctor. It’s not only my opinion, but others have said the same thing and had problems with him too.
