Avoid! Bought a Sachs reconditioned gearbox in April 2019, discovered it was faulty, advised by company to send back - which I did. Didn't hear anything back since, chased and chased, did not replace nor did they honour the 2 year warranty - really bad experience and over £200 out of pocket.

change in staff, was left stood waiting 10-15 minutes before someone came to see me about collecting an order then get told after being asked for reg details that people had been going into the shop front and stealing parts from people's orders that had been left on the counter for collection.

Rang the store checked to see if they had the bits I needed. Which they did told them I would be over ASAP as it was near closing time. I arrived and everything was by the door waiting to complete the paperwork spot on service. Kind thought full and not pushy staff very good experience.
