Worst service everWent into store left standing around for half an hour not even knowledge by the two staff membersFinally get served wanted to terminate contract due to poor service and communication.Jasmine dealt with this at the time left there thinking all was sorted only to a call the next day to say she had not done what was asked.Even though I asked her at the time did she need the box to which she replied no , so now have to make the trip back there to take the box and to make sure I will not be charged for the week that was meant to be terminated poor poor service

Excellent attentive help to us wrinklies considering the pressure put on the staff due to understaffing at peak times. This results in queues which the staff are not responsible for. Thanks particularly to Charlotte for her help recently.

Not worth even 1 star... they couldn't fix our problem for 4 months!!! And had to pay extra! We went to Colchester to get it fix in 10minutes. Such a waste of time and money... not even able to get a refund... literally the most disappointing service Ive experienced in my entire life!

I am dealing with Ron at the moment ,the problem is dealing with me keeping my old number he is keeping updated on a daily basis, Ron is what we need face to face and not all computer talk. Vodafone need to have more employees like Ron and becky in the store.
