This was my first time using their services, but I had been looking forward to using them for a long time. I brought my phone in for a battery and a front camera replacement. After looking at the parts to give me a price, I was informed that I had to buy the whole front camera with the whole retractable mechanism. I was surprised by this, because I am an engineer and I knew that only the camera needed to be changed. When I asked them why not change the camera only, I was asked how to do it. Once I explained to them, I was told they should have the parts in the warehouse and to leave the phone with them. They would call me at lunchtime to confirm if they had the parts and if it could be fixed on the same day. However, when lunchtime came, I did not receive a call. So, I went back to the store around 1:00 PM to double-check. They told me they had the parts and that it should be fixed by 3:00 PM on that day. I left and returned at 5:00 PM to collect and pay for the services, but I was told they had no parts. Nothing had been done, but I could leave the phone with them so they could double-check again with the warehouse for the parts. They would call me if it could be fixed, otherwise it would take two or three days to order the parts and fix it. I was frustrated because I never received the previous phone call, so I asked for their phone number so I could call and chase them. However, they told me there was no need because they would call me the next day with an update. Unfortunately, they did not. Around 5:00 PM, I managed to get hold of their number and I was told that nothing had been done and that it would take over two weeks to get the parts. You could easily get the parts from Amazon in two or three working days with a warranty from the manufacturer. I'm not sure if it was just a lack of communication and professionalism that happened just with me, but I doubt it. They should try to retain customers for repeated business, but my feeling while I was there seeing them deal with others was completely opposite. Hopefully this was a one off.

Went to repair my samsung phone for water damage and was perfectly done. Have no issues at all. They also helped me saved all my photos, videos and contacts. Saced my life. Will always recommend this place for repairs. Excellent customer service and very well behaved staffs. Also recommended for good quality parts and cheap as well.

Terrible experience, they said 30 minutes to fix my screen but it took over an hour. The stuff are constantly talking to multiple customers at the same time so the service is not great.When they fixed my screen my front camera stopped working, and still doesn't work, my phone also seems to be performing slower than before. I told them about this and they didn't believe me even though it definitely worked before coming into the store.I should have stuck with the people next door who seem to provide a better customer service.

Came to fix my daughter's tablet and my water damaged MacBook. Got really good service at a very good price and also got free screen protection for my daughter's tablet. I would surely recommend them to everyone and would give them five star for their friendly service

Malav & Jaz were both really professional and gave an excellent service in even less time than we were told. They fixed an issue with the hardware in my iPhone and saved all my photos that I thought I had lost, which even Apple said they could not fix. Really impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Went in to repair my iphone 6 last week for water damage. First off they have terrible customer service, but said he'd charge £35 to repair it so it turns on". Thought it was a steal so got it repaired. Not even a week later and the phone won't turn on again. Took it in and they said they don't cover water damage in the guarantee (nobody mentioned this the first time) and that they only said they would fix it to "turn on". I argued that it had stopped turning on

I am absolutely devastated with the atrocious customer service I had received from Ifone-Touch UK LTD, when I had visited it last week in order to fix my phone because my battery had died.Just to briefly explain what had happened. I went to Ifone-Touch for the first time, as my usual phone guy was not available, in order to replace my battery that had completely stopped working. Keeping in mind that I was very desperate to get my phone fixed as I had all my scientific notes and practical results written on it, which I needed in order to write up my practical assessment that was due in 3 days.So feeling quite distressed and under the weather I tried to stay optimistic by going to my nearest available phone shop in order to hopefully fix my phone and sort out my problem.However, it turned out that that was not quite the case when I had arrived at Ifone-Touch in Harrow. This is because the employees there were very cold towards me and I could see that they had no whatsoever interest in wanting to help me out. As they were constantly talking in their foreign language and not really focusing on what was going on with my phone.After waiting for a very long time , they had figured out that my battery was dead and needed replacing. But the shocking part was that they had charged me an outstanding fee of £75 in order to fix my battery, which is double the usual payment of replacing a battery in a regular phone store.So of course I was devastated and tried asking them why they charge such high prices, but instead of explaining themselves, they simply shut me out and said either I pay or I should find another phone shop to fix my phone. Keeping in mind that they were borderline shouting at me in front of many people that were in the store, which may I tell you was very embarrassing and humiliating on another level.This phone shop is a complete and utter scam and I do not AT ALL recommend it to any other person who has phone issues. The employees there are cold and disrespectful and they charge at extremely high prices, when there are other phone companies who have outstanding customer service and do not scam their customers, but instead charge you affordable prices that will satisfy you.
