Jonathan Harvey Bishopbriggs, supported me through the arrangements for my parents, who, sadly, passed away within 4 months of each other. As you can imagine, this was a very sad and difficult time for me and my family. The person that handled both funerals was Kirsty Pavin and she could not have been more kind, caring and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. We were never rushed into a decision and were reassured throughout to take our time and consider what we wanted. I didn’t have to think about anything, Kristy was proactive in informing me of what was needed and all the different alternatives. So, I cannot thank her enough for making the whole process as smooth as possible with the minimum distress. Andrew, the driver, who dealt with my husband the day of the funeral, is also to be praised for his reassuring, kind and caring approach.
