Best nail bar in Leicestershire in my opinion. All staff are lovely and really try their best to give you the best experience. 10/10 nails everytime. Waiting time is never too long with the amount of staff and capacity they have at all times. Always asking questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. Wouldn't even think to go anywhere else.

Have been going to same technicians in Leicester for 12 years; never go anywhere else as I have sensitive nails. Just moved house though so wanted to find a more local place. Got seated and seen to immediately here, offered coffee and got an excellent experience. Very happy with full set and technician was very gentle; a perfectionist. It got very busy by the time I was leaving with 3-4 in the queue.

Just been completely ripped off. With a manicure and natural gel polish. I just got a file (didn’t ask what shape), cuticle push back and gel. Last time I went took just under an hour. This took 20 minutes. You could tell she didn’t want to do it. Disappointed is an understatement. Especially costing £25. Will never go back again.

My nails look gorg, kinda hurt, the man that did them was gentle, but the do hurt. Beauty hurts :)

Always love my nails when I go here. They last forever and don't fall off or chip until I have them redone, which during lockdown was for about 4 months!

Always full, sometimes a long wait but this is down to their friendly and professional service. A very popular nail bar in the local area with around 6/7 chairs for service and plenty of seats for waiting customers. Lots of colour and design choices. Slightly higher prices than other nail bars in the area but you don't mind paying a little more if you are getting a better service ..... it would be nice to be offered a cold drink when waiting in long queues during hot weather as it can get a little stuffy in the salon but overall a good experience
