The Worst hotel ever. Don’t make accommodation don’t waste your time, holiday, money at this hotel.

I’m not complaining person butThe WORST hotel in the world !!!! I never recommend this terrible hotel, you can find much better hostel. it was start 7:00 am we came in the morning but nobody’s there at reception. We tried to contacted the hotel but nobody’s answering the phone i booked 5th of December and 3 nights. Our flight was 13 hours and 12hours by bus we were tired and almost 25 hours didn’t sleep . We waited hour outside it was so cold. Finally somebody opened the door but he was just customer. So then we still waiting somebody for 4 hours 30minutes we always tried to contact somebody but phone ringing next to the door i knocked and ask but nobody’s there also it was still cold as a outside i got a sick. We found other number and contacted to him but he was rude to us. Maybe he was manager or boss no idea for him. He said go and find other hotel, after 4hours 30 minutes unbelievable and then i cried it’s ours first trip.The photo : we waited 30 minutes outside 7:30am 06/12/2023
