Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen

Hotel is going through a refurbishment just now but it's still looking nice and all the staff are friendly and professional the breakfast was really good this morning and the meals in the restaurant last night were very good

Great stay with really friendly staff and a delicious evening meal. The room was larger than most hotels we have stayed in and very comfortable.

You would not expect that much quality from the putside, but from the bed to the breakfast, everything was excellent, and I enjoyed a very good sleep in a comfortable bed. At breakfast, there was a pancake machine and 3 different chocolate toppings. Everyone was more than friendly. Big recommendation!

A nice comfortable hotel, but having stayed twice now, get the feeling it's understaffed in bar and at breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful

My partner booked this Hotel for our anniversary. From the outside, the Hotel looks quite bland, but once getting inside we were over the moon with our choice. The hotel staff are polite, friendly and will answer any questions you have. Sadly we witnessed a member of staff being verbally abused by someone who was attending the Christmas party at the main bar. This went on for longer than 20minutes, where a group of women decided to gang up on one of the male bar tenders. This was clearly race motivated! Witnessing this unfortunately made us quite cross and we decided we couldn’t sit and listen to it any longer. We decided to leave the hotel and return later that night. I think managers should have more put in place for staff who are being abused in their work place as that behaviour was not on! Overall our stay was a 9/10. Sad to see other guests ruin a good time though!

A very good and well priced hotel. Rooms were good, bathroom was a bit dated and shower over bath was awkward and tight.The restaurant was good, and the staff were really very good. The food was also excellent, although the Ribeye was a bit disappointing, very dense and not particularly marbled (as I would normally expect).We had two rooms and a family meal, and we'd go back without hesitation.

Nice accommodations and a friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to the maître d at The Grain Store restaurant who assisted with transporting our dinners back to our room. The food is quite good.

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean, only stayed one night due to work but best nights sleep I've had in months and I'll definitely be back

We had great stay here last night for our anniversary night away. Staff we very good all over the hotel and all very helpful and polite.Only down fall with hotel is the parking situation as its nightmare having to use the multi car park across the road and is expensive too.I Would highly recommend the hotel to others.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at the Copthorne Hotel, and it was truly a delightful experience. This magnificent hotel offers impeccable service and serves as a perfect haven for both guests and wedding celebrations. I absolutely adored every moment of my time here – it was a haven of joy and comfort during my stay.
