Excellent experience with the servicing of our sportage.Fixed all the issues at very little extra cost and completed the major service on time and on budget.Definitely a trust worthy garage and Tom on the front desk was particularly helpful.

Service scheduled for 3/10/23Pros: Staff were friendly and the car was washedCons: Car display still shows that a service is due - obviously not reset which makes you wonder what else wasn't done.- Car service book not updated- Many many more cars in the parking area than parking slots, manoeuvring around was nearly impossible, time consuming and very frustrating.- Confirmation of service appointment was different to that agreed, eventually sorted but numerous sent emails were never answered.

Good communication. However, overcharged on MOT and car not cleaned unlike other car service providers. Contacted them after being overcharged and they did refund the difference straight away

My car engine light came on the week before my father in law's funeral and the team at Brayleys worked really hard to get it back on the road in time for the journey. They didn't have space to book it in but took it in and had it with them for 5 days so that they could fit it in around other work and prioritised it so that I would have it for the funeral. Huge thank you.

I can't thank Andi enough for all her help & professionalism in sourcing my perfect car when I needed to upgrade.She made the whole process so easy, continually keeping me updated throughout and even delivering the car to my home address.Her friendly and knowledgeable persona makes her a great asset to Brayley Kia Harpenden.If you are in the market for a new or used car I would highly recommend this dealership.

After the first experience in June when I car was hit by one of your employees! I was hoping for a best service and my car to be at least fixed .The amount of times I called in to speak to Tom and the excuses I am disappointed.My car still have those marks I had comment maybe I did it ! But when I asked to see the cctv camera as my car been there the whole day it was am excuse again ! And blamed for thing I was just shocked as I did not even get in the car when I called him straight away to show his the marks on that day I was just like what are you serious about what you just said!Also yet again the service was poor I was not even mean to have it service until April next year but was only told this after being there 2 hours ! I just can’t believe how poor it been twice now in 3/4 months !I could not leave the car park when my service was completed as my car was block in reluctantly I had to allow one of the Kia salesman drive my car through a very small gap as was very very nervous especially after my car was already scratched at the same place 3 months before . Eventually I only left 35 minutes after my car was service in a rush I felt now after I have all this issues with my air conditioning and smell of petrol.Currently my car is air conditioning is so loud and smells of petrol it jute unbelievable how bad my experience has been this year.There is no costumer service to complain the only wait to speak to someone is to call and dealing with the same people that cause the problems , I do many t wanted to write a complaint or ask to speak to a manager but it’s not possible at this garage as this service don’t exist!So I am keen to know what this survey with do after my feedback!

I dropped my Kia Niro to repair on early July. 2.5 months gone and now there is still no light in the tunnel. Have been continuously given false hope that it is going to be repaired soon, and unfortunately it isn’t.Although the customer service was very responsive and polite, no help or support can be provided. I have been given false hope that a loan car will be provided, which caused further disappointment.As a result I have incurred significant expenses for car rental and transportation for the last 2.5 months.

This is the second car we've purchased from Brayleys and really happy with the service. They are not our nearest dealership but they are by far the best in the area. The team are friendly and always happy to help, even letting us take our dog on the test drive to make sure it was suitable for all of the family. Andi our sales rep was brilliant.The only criticism of the entire purchase process was the lack of updates from Kia on when the vehicle would be ready. The dealership were not given any updates and Kia customer service just passed me back to the dealership.
