AVOID AVOID AVOID BMI Fernbrae hospital in Dundee. They defrauded me of £275. And rotten unfriendly and bad service. Not even worth one out of 5 starts but can't give zero stars sadly

Staff are lovely but the receptionist was dreadful. Very bad mannered and unpleasant. We had been sent there due to the Victoria having a long waiting list. She asked my husband to sign the form for payment we explained a number of times that we were not paying . We had been given the appointment by the Victoria she looked down her nose and said you mean NHS. Then said you do know this IS a private hospital. So condescending and slightly humiliating. She needs some manners on how to speak to people.

I was there three times and every time a woman at the reception was unpleasant. Doctors are brilliant 5star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But reception under private hospital standard.
