Let down badly on day of collection as they were meant to call me before arriving which they failed to do ( I work in same town and needed 20 minutes to get home ) also meant to bring sample with them ( having been reminded 3 times via email ) to discuss which way the pile was to go on sofa. The upholsterer was rude, arrogant and couldn`t care less about the time wasting errors and said well you can have your deposit back"

Very pleased with the work we had done from Alpha Upholstery. The service was top notch throughout, from arranging collecting to keeping us informed of progress. The final work was brilliant. It has transformed uncomfortable sofas and armchairs to something really comfortable and high quality.
