Horrific experience was given a point of contact who was absolutely useless replied to emails once a week at best, and who gave inccorect information about my house sale almost making the whole chain collapse more than once.Why the 5 star review then? Well Ghazala Mahmood came in after my original solicitor left the business and she picked up my 5 month old stale sale and turned it around in just 4 weeks. Immediate emails and phone correspondence and fully supported me when I had a breakdown and sent 17 emails in a row!She is an absolute asset to the company and deserves full credit for bringing this long sale to a close.
