Should seriously consider a rebrand as they are the least obliging printers I have ever come across. I‘ve unfortunately had to go into this shop a few times to simply print off a few simple pieces of A4 sheets of paper for my children’s homework. Each time, I’m met with resistance, “we don’t really do printing” (this is surely a complete contradiction to the name of the company, the signs outside and inside the shop, the description on the website). Even when trying to reassure them that it’s a simple job, they don’t want to do this. I don’t get it! They clearly don’t want the business, really need to go on a customer service course, and should consider recruiting people who actually want to be there.

Very helpful staff - would definitely recommend and I shall be going back when I need more prints done. Also, they have a wide variety of stationery, etc. in their shop.

A well stocked stationary shop and printing service - there is nothing like it locally and love to support it because of that.However unfortunately on most occasions when I go into the shop the customer service is cold and I feel that asking for help or wanting to pay is an inconvenience to staff.

I stumbled across them a few months ago and have been using them regularly since then for a myriad of services. Aside from pens and pencils and paper and such likes they offer a printing service, random gifts ( one plastic chess set) and an interesting assortment of stationary items and games . The shop can be described as Old Skool. It has a pleasingly calm and collected air to it, nothing is hurried and service, whilst never rushed, is always very good. Prices are also inexpensive. Fully recommended.

Very nice shop full of everything I needed, very welcoming and are always there to help whenever you need it .

A small stationary and printing shop selling essential office and art supplies.They will also do some printing of small leaflets up to A3 or recommend a printer.For a larger range, the Berkhamsted Arts and Crafts shop would be a better choice.Parking is in the main town car park behind M&S, the first hour is free.

I can usually get what I want here. I try to support the Town as much as possible..

Would recommend.The only advice I would give if gmail account holders my struggle to receive replies, but you can always leave a phone number and they will contact you once the job is complete and ready to be collected.
