second time ive purchased from Abergele, its been a pleasure from start to present, customer service initially from Jack was top notch then servicing and aftersales from the team has made a great experience, cheers Jack and all the team, Al.

Worst bike sales team I've ever experienced. Took the rocket 3GT for a test ride, got there, no one had bothered to prep the bike as the 'sales manager' didn't tell anyone about my test ride. Took it out for a test ride, NO ONE BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP! Seriously?All you had to do was call me after the test ride and I would have bought the brand new Rocket 3GT but instead, you sit there waiting for people to chase you. I even went back in the shop and told the staff that no one had bothered to follow up on the test ride. Never again will I try to buy a bike from these muppets, they are truly clueless.Went to Hunts Motorcycles, Manchester in the end and bought a bike from them.

Recently purchased a bike from Completely Motorbikes, whole process went smoothly. Had to take it back with a small problem with brake light but it was sorted in the time it took me to have a coffee and read a mag. Thanks to Lewis and staff

I brought my 04 Speed Triple here as it was suffering a misfireat low RPM and loss of power at high revs.Lots of nice bikes and gear on display, however the mechanics told me my whole bike (04 Triumph Speed Triple) would need stripping down with over £1000 of work doing to it, with zero guarantee of a fix after I'd brought it in.They spent over 1 hour looking at the bike to come to this conclusion and had somehow managed knacker up my speedometer connection, meaning my speedo never reads above 50 and is completely useless to me. Glad I didn't end up with any surprise letters in the post for my ride home! For some reason as well, the clock on the dash was wrong and needed changing back. Not sure why this would have been adjusted?The next day after I got home, I stripped the bike down to the spark plugs, noticed one had a much larger gap than the others. I also noticed one of my ignition coils had got some water ingress which is what probably killed the spark plug. Ordered a new set of plugs, a second had set of coils from a Sprint 1050 with the improved rubber boots on them for less than £80. Put it all back together and it runs like a dream. Relatively easy job, despite having zero training in repairing anything with a motor.If someone with zero qualifications was able to fix this in 3 hours and under £100 spent for parts, why were you quoting me £1k to probably get nothing fixed? It's almost like they did not want the job to begin with. I will be keeping this bike forever. I absolutely love this machine and their obvious lack of care means that it will be going nowhere near another stealership again!

Nice warm welcome from all staff,plenty of free refreshments, knowledgeable. Professional outfit but approachable. Some great bikes and pretty good selection of clothing at competitive prices. Will definitely be visiting again.Picked up my new bike today.Very pleased with the service I received. Fantastic service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Following a suspension problem on my new Ducati, Gary and Kieran in the service department made Ducati aware of the problem and ensured that all new parts were supplied and fitted. I was kept up to date on the progress and the work was completed to a very high standard.Nothing was to much trouble, and I will be returning the bike for a full service when it’s due.
