Items aren’t always as you expect them to be (purchased a fireman Sam station that came with a vehicle.. the vehicle didn’t fit through the station doors! Purchased a toddlers “computer”, for the price I expected more than stickers and LEDs.. it didn’t even have a screen. I bought a Samsung tablet that was incredibly slow, returned it the next day and had to argue for a refund as staff were determined to not issue one despite it not being any good for what I needed it for). Had some nice bedding, watches etc from there but only shop there if I absolutely have to (if items aren’t available elsewhere and I need them in a hurry).

Had to return a TV under warranty and the staff were fab, especially the manager Tara. Can't fault you all for such brilliant service!

Excellent Argos at Ebbw Vale. Staff always friendly, polite and helpful. Same day delivery service also brilliant. All items, whether big or small delivered with care and respect by the drivers.No hesitation to HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Received 4 emails and 6 texts to tell me my order was ready to collect. Drive 40 mins to get there ,be told yes , your items are definitely here. Twenty minutes later , umm no they aren't, sorry its not actually here yet, come back after 4 ! When i asked where it was, I was told it was at a different store, but I couldn't collect from there, I had to wait for them to bring it to Ebbw Vale, then I could have it. Couldn't arrange delivery as they don't have the facility (even though it wasn't even there to start with) . Then told 2 out of the 3 things weren't available even though I'd paid and received confirmation it was ready to collect . Useless.

Popped in with a defective tyre pump which we purchased 3 weeks ago using voucher and not able to locate our receipt wasn’t hopeful on having a refund or replacement,however the young gentleman who served us was really helpful and gave us a replacement within minutes.Excellent service

If I could this 0 stars I would. Bought a TV from here opens the box and the screen was smashed took it back to the store. Refused a refund or a replacement. Terrible customer service

Good shop. Only problem no one on the tills. Had to wait for the lady to finish on the collection part for me to pay on the till. Other than that easy to shop here
