OYO New Mill

Apartments are clean. Boiler in bedroom very noisy! A lot of road noise also. Car park at rear belongs to asda. Drunken idiots 1floor below playing deafening music at 3 in the morning. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1! A place for young louts and definitely not for families with children!

The apartment was filthy dirty cold and smelly he rates it a 4* I have stayed in 2* place 100 times better than this .. the place is above a takeaway and smells awful cold and dusty with all gadgets including sofas falling apart old and tatty ! No wardrobes the shower is full of mould! No parking on premises as advertised and no city views, a total waste of money!! Avoid at all costs ..!!! and the owner is arrogant rude and likes to accuse you of being racist if you complain !Ridiculous pathetic and childish behaviour from the owner !!

My boyfriend and I had a comfortable stay was just what we were looking for.Stayed for 4 nights had everything we needed, modern design all the dishes and pots n pans to cook in..Highly recommend I will be back..

Staying in a lovely apartment a bus ride from Newcastle city centre.. plenty near by

Lovely place but stay away on weekends unless you are part of the party's that go on. We had no sleep for 2 nights

Lush place bit noisy but lovely place

This place is the real deal. You get what you pay for, a decent gaff with a load of beds and a clean tidy place to start your weekend off. The TV has Netflix, the Asda is round the corner, and the ice cubes left in the freezer we didn’t even get charged for. The bloke who runs it is a proper don, and the place is safe as houses with cameras and two locked doors. I’d recommend, but clearly in the reviews some people just can’t hack it. You get what you’re given with new mill, and I’m proud to say it’s like a second home to me and my young lads. Cheers
