Homeland Security has provided a thorough service and fix on the previously installed security/alarm system. At a later date, the external alarm box was renewed successfully and I have been very impressed with the service provided overall; professional and thorough, timely responses and friendly. What is refreshing that that Gary (Homeland Security) will confirm appointment the day before and let you know if he is running late on the day of the appointment - his is unheard of nowadays but is great customer service. Thanks Gary.Would definitely recommend the services of Homeland Security.

Gary responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and provided a very thorough quote including some useful general security guidance based on his observations during his visit. After accepting his quote the work was carried out promptly in a very efficient manner. Throughout Gary was very helpful and I particularly liked the way he walked us through the various alarm setting options (rather than just telling us what each did) readily changing some settings to suit our needs.

We engaged Gary (Homeland Security) to carry out CCTV installation to our pub in central Edinburgh. We were really happy with expert advice received at initial tender stage, the subsequent competitive quote/price, and the fact that - as we are a pub that opens at 12 noon - Gary was able to accommodate us and start work at 7 a.m. and finish at 12, even though this meant splitting the work over 2 days. Lastly, the work was completed to a high standard and we are delighted with the system installed. Would definitely recommend.

Homeland Security installed an alarm system in our property which was excellent value for money. Gary's guidance, recommendations and service throughout our Security Survey was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, honest and professional.Throughout communications and during the fitting of the alarm system, Gary provided an excellent level of service. I would highly recommend Homeland Security and will definitely be using them in the future for all servicing.
