Called in to collect a pre sent prescription. Not many chairs for waiting and was quite busy. Staff are friendly and helpful

The coloured gentleman who can be a little blunt as excelked this time and lost his gentleman title. Damn right rude and totally unhelpful. Felt like i'd invaded his space. Not sure if this apathy or just a pwrsonality iasue.When i am trying to makw sure i have all thw items (some contolled drugs) for my daughter this attitude is not helpful. Cant even use excuse he busy. I was the only person in at the time.Sort out youe staff Boots. We are told it will not be tolerated if we are awkward or unpleasant to serving staff. This should surely work both ways.

A great atmosphere with friendly staff. Queues for prescriptions can rather long but get cleared fairly quickly.

Clean well laid out shop. Hardly any staff around but I suppose thats what it's going to be like these days. Had to ask lady on till where to find something, she couldn't show me because of leaving the till unmanned. Left empty handed and got what I needed in another shop which had a number of staff on the shop floor
