Absolutely amazing customer service from this store. Went in to buy a car seat for our baby grandson not knowing where to start & the advice was second to none. The staff were very attentive & thorough ensuring we got the right car seat for our needs & that it would fit in our car. Heather, Annie, Dawn, Scott & Cheryl thank you!

Came in looking to find the next stage of car seat for my little girl, was helped by a girl called Samantha, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful she even demonstrated the car seat in my car for me. Definitely will be back to this store, service by her was fab!

Good sized mothercare, with a Clark's shoe shop at the back. Can be a bit slow to get served, and sometimes stock levels are down to one or two, so if there's a price drop on popular items you need to get in early.

Beautiful shop, awful staff. Miserable, nobody around to help, 5 staff members stood around doing nothing at the till, not so much as a hello when you approach them. Will be avoiding the shop at all costs in future!

Went in today looking for a buggy and the experience was good, the girl that said she was new with blonde but more brown hair was polite and respectful!! Recommended highly the experience was good. X

Not much held in stock if you want a cot or buggy. You have to order it online. Werent very helpful while we were there

The acting store manager was very VERY rude. Short ,white ,with short hair to be specific! i had my receipt and all i wanted to do an exchange and he was not ready to listen to my query! as it was over 28 days old.. its a shame 1 staff members ruins others peoples views! i hope he gets promoted to perm store managers so he can get the sales of Swindon MC sky high- i hope so NOT!

Great shop just a shame there is not many staff to help. All we wanted to do was buy a pram no staff on the shop floor to ask advice, if the price of the pram had not been a good deal we would have just walked out. All I can say that when we did a member of staff she was helpful

Expecting our first baby so really appreciated all the help and advice from Heather today regarding pushchairs. Had chance to test out different models and check we could fit our preferred option in our car boot. Excellent customer service.
