Poor service. Only display model left and enquired about a discount for this reason but was rudely dismissed. Disappointing

I just wanted to leave this review as I purchased two pairs sunglasses before my holiday with the help of Sophie. She provided excellent service and was really quick, helpful and informative on how and where we could get our prescription lenses put into the frames. One of my best customer service experiences! (It’s a shame that you can’t write a review on the website!)

I came in very early (before 6am) to try and find a replacement for my Raybans. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact style - however, despite the early hour, the sales assistant (sorry - didn’t get your name!) was extremely helpful and tuned up my glasses so they looked less lopsided, and explained how I could replace the lenses alone via the Rayban website which would match the exact gradient I currently have. It was such a positive experience and I was so happy that a new different pair weren’t just pushed on me. True customer service, and I’ll now definitely be motivated to look for a second style from your company in addition to repairing my current pair. Thanks!

Been in this store a few times this year to browse and always noticed their good service, bought a pair today from mia and she also repaired another pair I had and dean checked and cleaned them for me with no extra chargeChecked that I could buy the pair a little cheaper elsewhere on sale however decided to keep the pair I bought in store due to the service provided

Purchased a few pairs of Ray-Ban's from Naples at the beginning of the summer. Since then we have been through Gatwick twice and needed adjustments to them. Dean has helped us out both times and has been super lovely while doing so. Great representation for a solid brand.

Was flying out to Switzerland early in the morning and was provided excellent help from Dean who very kindly adjusted and tightened my pair of aviators and secondary sunglasses. He is truly a commendation to the store!!
