I would highly recommend Park's if you're considering changing your car. Always good service, very attentive and never pushy. Also a huge thanks to Ataf - you're a credit to the company!

Shocking service. Disinterested salesmen who talked down to us were dismissive of us. Quite convinced they didn't believe we actually wanted to buy, just wanted to test drive. Well, we were looking for two cars. Both sales went to maklin motors Toyota, who know how to treat customers

Took my car in for an oil change and must say the experience and service I received was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff from the gentleman I had a good chat to while I waited to the girl at the service desk. Speacial thanks to Chris who worked on my vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable who took good care of my car and sent me an extremely detailed inspection video of all the important components.

Needed a replacement part for my Skoda. No direct access to parts department but parts department member summoned to showroom by showroom manager. He was most helpful attending to my request and the required part duly ordered.Would have been easier to complete my task if there was a separate direct access to the stores department counter.Despite this the service was faultless and the staff consulted with were very courteous.

You’d think when you are prepared to spend over £40k on a car and you personally leave all your details, telephone number, email address etc, details of trade in etc with the sales person that they would actually get back to you soonest with some numbers? But absolutely nothing, no further contact and it’s not my job to chase it up! It’s not difficult. Amazes me how some dealerships can be so lackadaisical yet others can be totally on the ball and actually returning calls as agreed. As it happens I ended up going elsewhere and buying a stock vehicle down south rather than waiting months. Anyway, let’s put that down to one member of the sales team being extremely sloppy and perhaps I am being too severe…. But appears not.So after I submit my edited review Parks add a comment to contact them by email, which I did, the same day. To which I got no response whatsoever.Even so I decided to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves and sort out a warranty issue with my car and despite a wait of a few weeks for an appointment, which seems to be the norm, the vehicle was taken in first for diagnosis and then again fairly promptly to have the work done. All good and well so it seems, staff in the garage were friendly and helpful enough and the job was done quicker on the day than expected. However I then found that the soundproofing in my boot had obviously been moved and not replaced. Since it should be tucked in under the rear boot side panels I expected that the car would have to go back in yet again to have it fixed properly. I phoned servicing but no one was available. Message was left for them to contact me however no call was received and in the interim I decided to try and fix it myself. It was a bit of a nuisance but i managed. So then on 20/1/22 I try to contact servicing again on a separate matter. Couldn’t speak to anyone, promised a call back and never got one.Phoned again the following day and again no one from servicing available so despite stressing that I had already had no contact from previous day I was assured that someone would contact me soonest. So as a result I have ended up going elsewhere, yet again, and getting a response from another Skoda dealership the same day.As it happens I did eventually get a phone call the day after with an apology with regards to the non contact as it was an error on their part.UPDATE - Car was back in for same warranty issue just after a few months from first repair so lost my vehicle again for a few days. So yes they replaced the SOS module again and the error is gone however they wanted £203 just to reset an incorrect service interval, car isn’t a year old and is 2 years servicing. Eh, I don’t think so! And to make matters worse they have managed to lose my Skoda Connect while it was in. Not even interested in investigating why, just told to contact Skoda customer services. Weeks later, numerous emails to Skoda, a 450 miles round trip to where I bought the car to get the service spanner removed and have the fault diagnosed it it still isn’t fixed. So back it is again another 450 miles and losing the car for another week. At least DM Keith are giving me a courtesy car something which Parks at Hamilton didn’t even offer. So guess what, despite having bought cars from here before there is no likelihood of me ever going back. Seriously shoddy garage.

Really poor service from the service department. No phone calls to update progress on my car that was in the garage being checked for a warranty claim. Claim was supposed to be sent to Skoda to be verified. To date I’ve received no follow up phone calls to advise any progress on this.
