Brilliant service. I had two flat tyres swapped out on my driveway by their mobile mechanic, within 3 hours of phoning to enquire about availability and pricing - cheaper and so much more convenient than a trip to KwikFit. I highly recommend.

I took my car here for a MOT, service and some minor work. I chose this garage as it had been recommended and I saw lots of positive reviews on Google. I was quite disappointed with the service, they fitted a new wing mirror that was not the correct shape for vehicle, it ended up falling out after 2 weeks and would not properly fit because it was the wrong shape for the car. Additionally, they tried to push to me to have my brake pads and discs replaced, saying that they were heavily corroded and this needs to be done in the next few weeks. I have since taken my car to a different garage, where they told me there was nothing wrong with the pads or discs, and there was no reason for this to be an advisory. I am young, female, and don't know anything about cars, I have a feeling I was taken advantage of - just a warning to others out there.

Brilliant service - helped me out with a last-minute MOT when I was let down by my dealership and Lee sorted everything out within 24 hours. Can't say how much I appreciate their service, will definitely be using them again!

Great service from Brunel Tyres and mechanic Steve. I’m apprehensive about being taken as a fool by garages, but Steve was really clear explaining what was wrong without mansplaining and I never felt like I was being ripped off. They also suggested I could get the work done by my original mechanic which would have lost them my business. Goes a huge way to enhance confidence and I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks Brunel Tyres.

Exceptional service, throughly professional knowledgeable and friendly staff, great conversations with mobile tyre fitter ( scramble bikes etc), these facts and realistic prices make a visit or callout a priority when tyre problems occur. Pothole blew my rear car tyre yesterday, after a quick call to Steve at Brunel, Dave was soon on the scene, emergency spare on and it was off to get a new tyre fitted. Much appreciated lads, great service.

I popped in on Monday because my car was making a horrible noise and I thought the exhaust was broken. They didn’t hesitate in put my car in the ramp and have a quick look. Turned out to be the catalytic converter and even a piece fell off. So they advised me that they needed to take off the front of the car to be able to see how bad it was and that it was going to be a bit long.Unfortunately on Wednesday they advised me i have to leave the car there as it was dangerous to drive but i got quit anxious as today was Friday and i rely on my car to work so called them in the morning and they advised me it will be ready in the afternoon and the price to be honest was very affordable.I have to thank everyone there for the patience and hard work!!! unfortunately as a woman is not easy to find a reliable garage from now on i will be using this garage and recommending it to friends and family.
