A very nice store if you need car parts. Prices are good and slightly cheaper than euro car parts, gsf etc.i called over the phone, gave my reg, chap told me prices + breakdown and when i said i needed in the next 1 hour; he reserved it for me over the phone. I collected and didn't have to wait long at all.They also adhere to covid guidelines and have a one way entry and exit system.

Went in to buy a disklok, cheaper than Halfords and Eurocar parts. Great service. Will definitely be coming back. Love having the option of ordering online as well :)

Took a week to get my parts with a lot of phone calls. It was a long painful customer journey and not one I ever want to repeat.When I went to pick my parts up there was a long wait.When leaving staff had the audacity to point out I'd parked in the wrong space when there was no-where else to park.Although they did succeed in getting me the required parts I don't think I'd use them again as all the parts supplied were faulty and it took them almost a month to reimburse me for the labour it cost me. They need to improve the customer experience I can only describe it as absolutely horrendous

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite wide range of car parts and tools. Very good prices as well. It was the only one shop in the area were I could get 40 Amp fuses for my battery charger.So if you need something unusual don't waste your time just go straight there. Even if they do not have what you need on the shelf they will order it for you and let you know when it will be in place.

Got a lovely cuppa waiting for my interview. What's the point of attending an interview when nobody gets back to you. Bad practice. Don't bother emailing hr email as nothing is forthcoming. Absolutely fuming .

The Newtown branch is one of the largest branches and has everything you need to fix your car.A good city center location and plenty of parking for you to pop in and get what you need.Super friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any queries .Cheaper alternative to eurocarparts and Birmingham based business.

Requested a price for an exhaust and the guy gave me such a cheap price that l had to question him and in doing so he realised that he had made a mistake. The correct price was nothing special and l could get it cheaper elsewhere.
