High quality, nice dry hardwood logs burn clean and give a lot of heat. Delivery driver put them just where I wanted them and was very helpful. Competitive price too. Highly recommended.

Home Farm Logs are always easy to deal with deliveries have always been as arranged. The drivers are always helpful. Henry and the team are always pleasant and will continue to use them.

I’ve used this company for a couple of years now. They were always reliable and the logs were huge, really thick and chunky so they burned really slowly - ideal! However they’ve recently changed ownership and todays delivery was a massive disappointment. The logs look like the ones bought in nets (the over-dried ones that burn really quick) and they’re mostly tiny, despite choosing the larger log option on their website when purchasing. There was also far less of them compared to the prior deliveries and to cap it off they called the other day to check delivery time at 10:30 today would be ok, I don’t know why as they didn’t appear until 1pm. To their credit, after I called them to chase, they did make arrangements to ensure it wasn’t any later than that but it’s pretty poor after arranging a 10:30 delivery in the first place and not bothering to let me know there had been a change of plan. Mostly due to the massive reduction in quantity and quality I’m afraid I will be looking for a new log supplier.

Great customer service on the telephone where I was assured the delivery person would be happy to stack my logs. When he arrived with my order he was extremely rude when I asked him to stack the logs. As a person who has recently been widowed I do not need this kind of treatment. I have found an excellent supplier nearer to my home where ALL the employees are courteous and helpful. I'm sorry Home Farm but your surly, ill-mannered delivery person has lost you any future orders from me

HenryAs always your product is great and the level of service amazing. You always put the logs in my garage rather than just leaving them on the drive. This allows me to fill the wood store without having to worry about the weather.Highly recommended.

We find Home Farm Logs to be excellent. The logs are great and burn well and deliveries are prompt. We found the man who delivered to us this last time to be so particularly pleasant, helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation whatsoever in giving Home Farm Logs five stars and recommend them most highly.

One of the only local places I could find who do the 8 inch (small) kiln dried logs, and in stock! Great value and the first 2 bags we've used have been brilliant. Definitely will be buying again.

Had my delivery yesterday, not only were the 2 delivery drivers pleasant and professional, they took the time to place the bag as close to the end of my drive as possible, making it so much easier for me to transfer them to the log store.Thank you so much

During the recent beast from the east cold snap i ordered another Builders Bag of seasoned hardwood from Home Farm Logs. The delivery was prompt and the bag placed really neatly on the drive . Would recommend to all. I'll continue to use for my next order.

Great service with prompt delivery. Logs were all cut to a uniform size and the driver dropped them exactly where I wanted them. Kiln dried logs are recommended and produce lots of heat!
