Cool Milk

I registered my child on Sunday. I only received the payment link at 15:06 on Tuesday. That is, less than 2 hours before the payment deadline to qualify for next week’s milk. I was busy at work and I only saw their message at 18:00. I made the payment immediately, only to find out that milk will be available for my child in two weeks’ time, rather than next week (as the initial quote was made for.)1. The cutoff time is way too early.2. The payment link should be sent automatically the very moment registration takes place. Are we expected to hang over our screens in anticipation of coolmilk’s email?3. The cutoff time (5pm) is inexplicable. Is anyone in the company going to do anything after 5pm? Why not leave it until the end of the day.Shame

Cool milk are delivering milk the night before it’s due and it’s being left outside all night in the heat! Quite often we are throwing it away as it’s gone off due to being left overnight!!! This has been raised as a concern before but it’s still happening

I would leave cool milk 0 stars if I could! They don't clarify payment cut off times. They also do not seem to provide milk to schools even when you have made payment. Clearly they dominate this market and don't care about the children at the bottom of their chain. Awful service. Would rather send my son in with milk purchased from the local shop than use cool milk again. Avoid!

Son hardly ever gets milk as school. Contacted the company to be told my account would be credited with missed days it wasn't and still hasn't. I've debated with them too many times. I don't recommend this company just save your money and provide your child with milk at least you know they will get it.

Paid everything upfront and as requested. Last week of term been told Emma hadn't paid. Turns out we have paid this term and next term and even a bit further ahead but cool milk didn't sort it out for this week! Daughter being told your mam and dad haven't paid

Cool Milk has been efficient in dealing with our queries regarding our milk deliveries. Thank you for your support with this.

Poor all round. Paid for my daughters milk only for them to cancel my account for no reason, don't bother telling me only to be told by the school my daughter can't have milk because these idiots told them I hadn't paid for it even though I had a confirmation email and money taken from my account. Then I ring up and they had cancelled my account after payment had been made with no explanation or no one even bothering to tell me it was cancelled. Extremely poor company should have their contract removed clearly inept to provide even a satisfactory service. Joke company.

Cool milk staff are always helpful and have helped us navigate a difficult few years moving between 5 locations!

I have a child with ASD, who also had speech delay and just joining reception. The whole entire year CoolMilk delivered his milk to the wrong school although I had 2 children attending the school and it was the correct school online. They only apologised and told me they couldn't do anything about it as the school year had come to an end. This was very unfortunate for my child but baring in mind my younger child was receiving milk at the same school I continued his payments (mistakes happen atleast they are aware now) only to find out they did the exact same thing to my second child too! Its beyond appalling. Both of my children missed out a whole years worth of milk that had been paid for and the only thing I recieved was an apology after being spoken to rudely when I called trying to resolve the matter. I really wish schools find a better provider soon. I hope no one else's children have to feel left out, be told there's no milk for them everyday (teachers were oblivious as my childrens names weren't on 'the list provided' but on my account coolmilk could clearly see it was paid for! My children weren't able to communicate that across with me baring in mind their learning difficulties also being so young! I would highly recommend everyone to AVOID this company at all costs!
