Booked car service at Darton garage. Excellent customer service and workmanship. On collection drivers seat was covered with a sheet and steering wheel was bubble wrapped adhering to covid 19 guidelines... . Highly recommended garage... all staff was helpful and friendly. Professional and excellent service!!!

Disappointed! I've been using Robert Thompson's for about 15 years & I've always received good service & decent repairs but I've noticed that one of the mechanics has developed a rather surly, unhelpful attitude. The last work done by them wasn't done to a good standard either. Because of this I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. I don't really want to do this because I like continuity with garages & I like to develop a good customer/business relationship but I don't like paying hundreds of pounds & being made to feel like they're doing me a favour & that I'm a bit of a nuisance. I hope someone has a word. I won't be the only customer he's upset.

What a fantastic service from Gary as needed his advice on my Volvo alloy wheel. His experience and knowledge was outstanding.Would definitely recommend this business for servicing and alloy repairs.

This garage I totally trust. You are lucky if you live close to them. They only do what is needed, the price is very reasonable. They have done odd bits at no charge too. They are very helpful. I need my car sorting now and would drive from east Yorkshire as a preference as I know the job will be done right-alas my car won't make it there. I am uneasy using anyone else I paid £200 less at Thompsons than the same job elsewhere.

Friendly and professional service. Had to drop car off at midnight with recovery on Friday night after breakdown. Car was fixed by 10am Monday and running well. Outstanding!

Had new condenser fitted and re gas on my peugeot 3008. Very pleased with the work done and very reasonably priced. Car was all done in a couple of hours many thanks to Ian and dave. Top lads highly recommended.
