JBS HOME DELIVERY
Shocking level of customer service. Was meant to have a bed delivered, was called with less than 24 hours notice to say it was being delivered the next day between 8-11. We had active tracking to say we were next to be delivered to. Delivery never appeared. Stayed in all day to wait for it. Tried calling the mobile number provided multiple times, no response. Never received a single phone call from the delivery team asking how to find my house. Yet to receive any contact from the company to apologise and arrange further delivery. Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely shocked! Delivered my item on time that is the only positive thing I will ever say. They asked me to open and check it and sign a form to say it’s not damaged.First of all am a little confused since when do we open parcels in front of delivery men. Also It was early in the morning my children and husband were asleep so I said give me a second I will check it. Closed the door because I was only wearing a dressing gown. Take the parcel inside and trying to open it. Within 30 seconds one of them opens the door and tries to take photos. I obviously screamed and said I’m naked close the door. Item was fine gone back to the door told him how inappropriate it is to open someone’s door. Older one says sorry younger one says but I need to take a picture of the mirror. Doesn’t ask for me to bring it back to him. Walks in with his shoes on, I have two kids 1 who crawls so yah really annoyed me. I bet he wouldn’t do that at his mums house! Goes to the items OPENS IT and takes pictures. Seriously am I confused here! I have had deliveries this isn’t normal delivery behaviour. Only thing was left was for them to ask to use the toilet and have a cup of tea.

Excellent delivery service. I missed my first delivery and I was stressed. They redelivered 2 days later and communicated with me very well. As I was not in and I had to get my friend to collect. Definitely recommend

Delivery guys were fantastic. They were timely, called me half hour before delivery as advised. As I couldn't stay home at the time of delivery, they delivered the item to my neighbour as requested and even took the very heavy full sized mirror inside their home positioning it in a safe manner for my collection later. Great service thank you.

I had some sub-contractors representing JBS make a delivery. entered the house without permission, complained directly on two occasions and still chasing up to find out who the sub contractor is and the three!!! drivers are....

Two guys delivered carried large item inside. One then opened the parcel to ensure contents were Undamaged before I signed for receipt. Very helpful delivery men. Made a nice change. Thanks.

Make yourself a favour and do not use this company - communication and overall service was extremely poor!I bought a fridge from a seller on eBay and JBS was commissioned as the courrier company. The delivery was supposed to take place today between 10am and 1pm with an estimated delivery time at 12.25.I called a first time at 12.45 to check whether the delivery was still expected to be on time. A staff member confirmed that the delivery was delayed but that the driver would call me within 5 min to confirm the new time.Having not heard back at 1.15pm (ie 30 min later), I called back asking for the time to be specified one more time with a new slot confirmed slightly before 2pm.Then the trouble started! The delivery men had the genius idea NOT to bring a trolley to carry this fridge which was obviously too heavy to be handled just by hand. The door was just about large enough for the fridge to come through (which didn’t help) but without the trolley any manoeuvre was much more difficult.After trying to pass it through the door for a few minutes and deciding that it was no longer worth trying, the delivery men passed me the office guy on the phone to basically make me understand that they would leave the fridge where it was (ie in front of the house) as it didn’t pass through the door. I suggested to pass it through the window which was literally right next to it but they refused on the basis that “this was a door delivery”..I explained that this was not an option and finally managed to get it through the door.They left without a word..I also notice on their website that they pretend to have decades of trading history whilst the company was only incorporated in Octobre 2020.In short, I would greatly advise not to use their service if you expect a stress free delivery.And guys please think about investing in a trolley next time you carry a 100kg+ item.
