Professional service, impressive technical knowledge.I bought a car off Jay and Adam at the last month which was an enjoyable experience. They spoke through with me all my options across the range and once I decided, they were able to hand deliver the car the same day with a completed service.More recently, when searching for a car for my wife who was very particular on a Porsche Macan S. Jay and Adam were extremely helpful and found the exact model colour and spec that we required. After sales service appears to be none existent. Spent over 26k on a car that needed a small part to correct. Promised it would be sorted but no sign of fault being resolved. It’s a tiny blemish (key cap missing) on an otherwise great car but being lied to and treated like an idiot goes against the grain.**update** part eventually arrived. Car is now faultless other than no second key but can’t hold that against them. Noticed another slight fault with my car, one rear indicator was the wrong colour, dealer sorted it with a new genuine part very quickly.

I purchased my car from Vally Automobiles recently, and I have to say it was the most pleasant and easy experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.They are caring polite and acomodating, and as we had travelled quite a distance they made us really welcome, we were able to use the wash room facilities even though technically they were closed, as we were caught up traffic.They took time to allow us a test drive and showed us the vehicle without rushing us.I would like to thank you for kind and considerate welcome we received.I have since had a call to make sure I am happy with the car and I am happy to say it is lovely Thank you all.

Adam was really helpful and despite the cold call took time out to show us the vehicle.
