Rude Manager! He made very inappropriate comment upon asking about discount on Sally card. He said ' you pay same way you paid on primark'( as one of us had primark shopping bag) I am upset as we was not bargain, we was just asking about what offer and discounts we can have on card for multiple product purchase.

Went yesterday to get some gel nail polish. The two ladies on shift Angela and Laura were so helpful and lovely!!! Recommend me the right products , even end up getting myself a whole kit- red carpet -very nice !!! Defo will shop in this shop again !Thank you girls !!!

Jamie, Laura and all the staff at this branch are incredible - they always go above and beyond to give you product advice from their expert experience. The prices are clearly displayed for trade and non trade customers and there is a huge selection of products - Where would you get more? 5 stars all the way from me.

Wish I got the name of the member of staff that helped me, but he was great and knew what he was talking about. Helped me find the product I was looking for and explained how it worked. What a legend !!!

I went to Sally Beauty for the first time and couldn't have better experience. Laura is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products she is selling. She was so supportive and gave me great tips about products and coloration. Thank you so much Laura!

I popped into Sally's on March 5th and had an excellent customer experience.Upon arrival I spoke to the lady behind the desk Enya (hope this is correct going by the receipt) and she was lovely, super helpful & smiley.I came in to set up my new Sally's account and handed over my documents, Enya asked me if I wanted to make any purchases (which I did) any she would organise my account whilst I shopped.There was also a chap organising the shelves who was super helpful and let me know if I needed any assistance to holla :)Everything was organised by time I came back to the till to pay . Enya also reminded me of the different courses I could attend to upskill whilst we had a chat too.Keep up the good work team I left a very happy customer :)

This is for trades people only, so if you are not trade, find a regular Sallys store. Otherwise, it's a nice clean space with friendly and helpful staff. It's location is a bit out of the way, but on bus routes and they have parking around the building.
