Sold me a beautiful pair of Doc Martens cheaper than docs themself!Not Schuhs fault but Doc Martin should really lower their price on the vegan leather shoes, they feel much much cheaper made than the genuine leather ones, even with discounts i still paid £160.

Jasmine was very friendly and reassuring, she was new to the job but you you wouldn’t be able to tell. Her customer service was wonderful. She went to ask her supervisor a question and her supervisor was rude to her infront of us (generally undermining her, letting us know she was new so she was getting someone else to serve us etc.). When I left with my partner we felt really sorry for her.

Very helpful staff. Shopping with my wife today looking for some winter boots. The staff made her feel welcome and went the extra mile to help her find what she needed. Having visited Clarks in Norwich earlier and had a terrible experience it was refreshing to meet some attentive people. Well done and thank you.
